"Orphan Boy" Couloir

There had been a nice storm cycle leading up to our couloir mission in the Gore Range, with a warm day in the forecast we headed for a prominent couloir on northern aspects of Keller that had previously caught my eye.

The Red East zone kicked off the seasons spring missions and provided a great multiple aspect tour to see how things were shaping up. True northern aspects appeared to be hammered by the late winters northerly winds, so we focused on the eastern aspects which did not dissappoint.
